Approve your design and selections early. Changes made late can extend the project timeline.
We assign work to occur within a week-long window (e.g., 'Tile work the week of 7/23). This does not mean work begins on Monday; crews will arrive during that timeframe.
All changes require written approval and may include cost or schedule adjustments. A formal change order will be issued and must be signed.
